據悉,期待在2025年底前,四川將有約1億零10萬千瓦風能和太陽能發電容量;預計2030年前,這些能源的總產量有望攀升至近5億千瓦。為全力推進綠色能源發展,四川政府正計劃在金沙江上遊、金沙江下遊、雅礱江以及大渡河中上遊建立四大集成無縫銜接的水電、光伏、儲能綜合電力生產基地。與此同時,他們還激勵各流域的水庫電站實施水風光互補的全麵開發計劃。
