Introduction
燃煤導生鍋爐為組裝式強製循環液相鍋爐。本係列鍋爐應用於供熱溫度390℃化工企業，針對導生（聯苯-聯苯醚）的特點，按照低點排淨、高(gao)點(dian)放(fang)空(kong)進(jin)行(xing)設(she)計(ji)，受(shou)熱(re)麵(mian)充(chong)足(zu)，由(you)輻(fu)射(she)受(shou)熱(re)的(de)密(mi)排(pai)方(fang)形(xing)盤(pan)管(guan)和(he)錯(cuo)列(lie)設(she)計(ji)的(de)對(dui)流(liu)蛇(she)管(guan)組(zu)成(cheng)。導(dao)生(sheng)鍋(guo)爐(lu)尾(wei)部(bu)布(bu)置(zhi)餘(yu)熱(re)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)鍋(guo)爐(lu)和(he)空(kong)氣(qi)預(yu)熱(re)器(qi)，可(ke)降(jiang)低(di)排(pai)煙(yan)溫(wen)度(du)，提(ti)高(gao)係(xi)統(tong)效(xiao)率(lv)。
為提高鍋爐的安全性，材料選用耐熱合金剛管材，對接采用100%射線探傷，角焊采用100%表麵探傷。
采用水冷前後拱，降低停電後爐牆蓄熱，保護前後拱的使用壽命。
采用PLC控製技術和變頻器調節，使出口導生溫度控製在設定溫度±1℃範圍內
It is the packaged forced circulating liquid-phase boiler and to chemical enterprises requiring 390℃ heat.Considering the characteristic of heat coductive(biphenyl-diphenyl ether),the boiler is designed to drainage at the borrom and emission at the upper level.Broad heating area consists of radiation heating sqiare coils closely-aligned and crossed convection coils.Heat recovery steam boiler and air pre-heater shall be mounted at tail of the boil in order reduce the emission temperature and improve the system efficiency.
Select heat-resistance steel alloy pipes to provide the safety .Use the 100% Laser flaw detection for butt-welding and 100% surface flae detection for fillet-welding
Use the front and rear water-coold vaults to lessen the heat accumulation on boiler walls upon the power failure and protect the lift of
front and rear vaults.
Adopt the PLC control trchnology and inberter regulation to control the outlet temperature at the design temperature ±1℃
