二:關閉電機;三:關閉吸氣閥使電機處於空轉。 以上供氣方式使供氣量無法實現連續調節,當用氣量不斷變化時,供氣壓力不可避免地產生較大幅度的波動,頻繁的啟動、停止容易造成設備的損壞,對電網和空壓機有相當大的衝擊。

改造方案原理
由變頻器,壓力變送器、電機、luoxuanzhuanzizuchengyalibihuankongzhixitongzidongtiaojiedianji,zhuansu,shichuqiguanneikongqiyaliwendingzaishedingfanweinei,jinxinghengyakongzhi。fankuiyaliyushedingyalijinxingbijiaoyunsuan,shishikongzhibianpinqideshuchubu,congertiaojiedianjizhuansu,shi 儲氣罐內空氣壓力穩定在設定壓力上。
